Where: Pind Junction, Element One Mall (Near Good Earth), Gurgaon

Food served:
You must be thinking this place will have only typical north Indian food. You are right to certain extent, they do serve north Indian food, with other cuisines like Chinese and continental.

Their menu offers you great deal of options - tandoori starters, burgers, wraps, kebabs and so on.

Apart from Indian sweets and ice cream, they have waffles on their menu.

They cater to all types of crowd : for health conscious people - they have tandoor and for others like me, you can order anything on the menu. 😜

Another interesting thing - this is the first place, which serves both Dahi Kebabs and Dahi ke sholey. πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‹

A dahi kebab fan, would really admire the difference.
Though both the dishes are made of hung curd, but Dahi Kebabs are round shaped & soft
On the other hand Dahi ke sholey are crispy and cone shaped. Attaching pic of dahi ke sholey.

What we Ordered:

Food

Dahi Ke Sholey
Very good. Must try.
It's crispy and well cooked. Served with masala onion and green chutney.

Malai soya chaap
We choose to order less malai soya chaap but as per the preference we can choose more/less/no malai (cream)

Tandoor (malai) paneer
they serve tandoori paneer and we got it customized by adding malai 😜😜

Chinese platter
Combo of Noodles, Manchurian and salad. Delicious noodles. It took us back to our school days.

Main Course -- Kadai paneer and dal makhni
hot and good.
Quantity - their portions are small. One portion can serve 2-3 people.

Breads
We ordered Tandoori roti, Lacha parantha and butter garlic naan
Quite soft breads and quick service during second helping.

Food was hot and nice presentation. Starters were served with mint chuttney and onions.

My top picks at this place dahi ke sholey and noodles.

Beverages
  • Fruit Beer (it's mix of cold drink and some fruit juices. Basically diluting the cold drink πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ)
  • Virgin Mojito
  • and Oreo Milk Shake.
  • Nimbu paani
Good taste and quick service.

One advice here for restaurant owners -- please check glasses are properly washed as we had experienced dirt on glasses.

Ambience:
It looks like a decorated food truck with sitting space on top of it.
Beautifully lit and punjabi music is enough to lift your mood.

They have an open kitchen, so we can see and know their style of cooking and be sure that they are using all hygienic products for cooking.

We happen to talk to the owner. Quite friendly people. We spoke to them and they happily shared their experience of setting up the whole place. This is their third store and rest of the 2 are in Delhi.

Service:
Quick service and a crowded place.
Manager is quite proactive and is willing to help you choosing your choice of dish.
